Return Policy
Open or partially used pet food is not accepted for return or refund, 30 days from the original purchase date. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. A refund for the order amount minus the shipping charge will be given upon return of items.
If you would like to request a return or replacement, please send us a message with your order number.
Returns on these products will only be accepted by mail.
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the procedures below.
l Return the product in its original packaging
l Pack the product to avoid damage during returns transit
l Include your order confirmation email or your name, address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
